Getting Around

Oak Island Resort is a 1.5 hour drive from the Stanfield International Airport. You can travel to Oak Island by rental car (book early) or by our courtesy shuttle service. The dates and times of the shuttles are pre-set. To accommodate your travel needs, and for those arriving at the Airport the night before the conference, we have secured special hotel rates for you at the Delta Barrington Hotel in downtown Halifax. The shuttles will run from the Stanfield International Airport to the Delta Barrington Hotel to Oak Island Resort.

The direct shuttle service is available on the 16th and 18th to and from the Airport and the Delta Barrington Hotel in Halifax. Contact Joan Moran to reserve a seat. The schedule is provided below:

Shuttles from the Airport to Oak Island Resort via downtown Halifax (the Delta Barrington Hotel)

• Wednesday September 16 @ 11AM from Halifax International Airport to Oak Island
• Wednesday September 16 @ 2PM from: Halifax International Airport to Oak Island
• Wednesday September 16 @ 5PM from: Halifax International Airport to Oak Island

Shuttle to the Airport via downtown Halifax (the Delta Barrington Hotel)

• Friday September 18 @ 12PM from: Oak Island to: Halifax International Airport
